We aim through this study to highlight on the reality of the activity of Islamic financial Sukus as one of the products of Islamic financial engineering, and as one of the legitimate alternatives to traditional bonds, by addressing the experience of the Islamic financial market in Malaysia, using the descriptive analytical approach. Among results we have reached is that Islamic Sukuks are increasingly popular and widespread worldwide. They have played an important role as a mechanism to support the activity of the Islamic financial industry by attracting a larger segment of investors who wish to deal in accordance with‘’shari’a’’. The Islamic financial market in Malaysia also accounts for a large percentage of the financial market in the country, and is considered a pioneering experience in this field through the development it has witnessed in this field, by providing the legal and legitimate environment that supports the activity of Islamic bonds.
