This study aimed to identify the perceptions of individuals working in the financial control of the province Biskra about the level of organisational justice and its impact on their job satisfaction, and was used a random sample of 50 workers, and the questionnaire was distributed to them through field visits, and 48 valid questionnaires were recovered for the statistical processing process. The study reached several results, the most important of which is the presence of a statistically significant effect of organisational justice on the level of job satisfaction in the financial control of the province Biskra.
