Personality Traits Of Entrepreneurs Among Female University Students: Evidence From The University Of Jijel.

his research paper seeks to determine the levels of personality traits of entrepreneurs among women at the university, represented in particular by a sample of female students at the University of Jijel, specifically in the Faculty of economics, commercial and management sciences, being the cradle of entrepreneurial education. The research was carried out on a sample of 204 female students belonging to various departments of the Faculty after distributing a questionnaire prepared based on previous studies. The study concluded that there were high levels of entrepreneurial traits among female students, and statistically significant differences were recorded due to the field of study
