This study aimed to identify the role of internal marketing in achieving internal client satisfaction. To this end, we conducted a field study at the University of Constantine 2, where we observed the current state of internal marketing and employee satisfaction. We also examined the relationship between these concepts using a questionnaire distributed to a sample of the staff. The results revealed a weak application of internal marketing at this university and an average level, that tend to be weak of the job satisfaction among its employees. Furthermore, the findings demonstrated a relatively strong and significant relationship between internal marketing and internal client satisfaction.
