Polarisation Of Scientific Competencies And Their Role In Entrepreneurial Development

The main objective of the study is to investigate how to create a link between scientific competencies and the general context for the development of entrepreneurship. That means looking after the conditions and mechanisms that allow to attract it to adopt society issues, economy issues and the public interest. To realize the stakes associated with the problem of attracting scientific competencies in the context of its social movement we have adopted a contextual methodology on systemic interactions; Which allowed us to draw up a new approach around the triangle of polarization dynamics for the development of entrepreneurship.
