The study aims to identify the role of job analysis in improving healthcare services in public health institutions. A field study was conducted in some public hospitals in Djelfa. To achieve the study objectives, we designed a questionnaire comprising 22 paragraphs to collect primary information from the respondents, consisting of (100) items. In light of this, data were collected, analyzed, and hypotheses were tested using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and the Jasp program. The study concluded that job analysis, with its dimensions of job description and job holder specifications, plays a role at a significance level of (α≤0.05) in improving healthcare services. The study recommended the adoption of job analysis as an administrative basis for improving the quality of healthcare services in public hospitals.
